Guest Experience Lead

About the role

This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll lead the experience by checking in with guests and making sure they are enjoying themselves, handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction, work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment, and offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.

Pay

Competitive pay between $15.25 per hour - 17.33
