Guest Experience Host- Admissions

Join our team at SEA LIFE Kansas City where every day is an adventure under the sea! We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to become our next Part-Time Admissions Hosts.

Responsibilities

• Help families start their journey with excitement
• Keep the energy high and make every guest leave with a smile
• Rock your sales goals with a friendly, guest-first approach
• Manage queue lines safely while keeping the experience fun and smooth
• Stay comfortable chatting with guests from all over the world
• Keep areas clean, stocked, and ready for action
• Follow daily opening & closing procedures
• Support a safe and secure environment for guests and team members

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
