Join Team Merlin and help bring the magic to life every day as an Admissions Guest Experience Host at Madame Tussauds Nashville. You’ll create unforgettable experiences for guests in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Create memorable experiences and answer guest questions
• Help manage guest flow and queues
• Support admissions and guest services
• Keep public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Work with an amazing team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Positive, energetic, and reliable
• Passionate about guest service
• Comfortable in a fun, fast-paced environment
• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Great communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work solo or with a team
• Flexible availability—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
