Soleil Tans is a premier Luxury Sun Spa seeking a polished Client Experience Consultant to command our front-of-house operations. This is an opportunity for a confident professional who takes ownership of the guest experience. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate guest interactions with grace, uphold our luxury standards, and confidently drive business results without needing constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide guests through membership options and products, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and educating clients on the value of our services.
- Independent Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns professionally, de-escalating issues and solving scheduling conflicts without constant managerial oversight.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain luxury standards in the facility's appearance and personal professional presentation.
Requirements
- Professional Maturity: Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales, understanding effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- Resilient & Confident: Comfortable with healthy confrontation, handling policies like cancellations or difficult conversations with poise.
