Soleil Tans is a premier Luxury Sun Spa seeking a polished Client Experience Consultant to command our front-of-house operations. This is an opportunity for a confident professional who takes ownership of the guest experience. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate guest interactions with grace, uphold our luxury standards, and confidently drive business results without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Guide guests through membership options and products, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and educating clients on the value of our services.
• Independent Problem Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for guest concerns, thinking on your feet to de-escalate issues and solve scheduling conflicts professionally.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain luxury standards in the facility's appearance and professional presentation.

Requirements

• Professional Maturity: Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales, understanding effective communication with a diverse clientele.
• Resilient & Confident: Comfortable with healthy confrontation, handling policies like cancellations or challenging sales conversations with poise.
• Results-Oriented: Motivated by performance-based rewards, eager to exceed goals for maximum earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in guiding sales and resolving problems independently.
• Attention to detail for maintaining luxury standards.

Pay & Perks

• $16.50/hour starting pay, increasing to $18.50/hour within one year after training.
• Average $100/month in tips.
• Paid sales & service training.

Schedule

• 8–12 hours per week (2–3 shifts), must include at least one weekend shift.
