Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Hero (60%): Greet guests warmly, answer questions, handle feedback and concerns with positivity, resolve issues quickly, collaborate with teammates, and assist in concessions as needed.
• Operations Guru (30%): Keep the facility clean and stocked, support scheduling, check‑ins, sign‑ups, and events, and manage the front desk.
• Admin (5%): Process waivers, payments, and reports.
• Training + Growth (5%): Learn the TOCA way, pursue development opportunities, and advance your career within the company.
• Uphold TOCA’s service commitment standards by being professional, welcoming, aware, outgoing, and proud, and work with leadership to maintain a unified, highly engaged culture.

Qualifications

• Love people and bring good vibes.
• Top‑tier communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling tools (on‑site training provided).
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts (peak times).
• Physical ability to lift 30+ lb and move with energy.
