Position Summary

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and ensure the hotel environment contributes to a memorable guest experience. Success requires a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and procedures, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to Marriott standards.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Remain on feet and move around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods).
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing ≤ 50 lb without assistance.

Pay

$18.42 per hour
