Responsibilities
- Serve as a Confluence Administrator to support knowledge management articles, workflows, and macros, including data migration from existing tools to Confluence.
- Design and develop high-quality instructional content, including manuals, job aids, and assessments, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to scope requirements, conduct needs assessments, and deliver projects on time.
- Create visually appealing pages and content within Confluence, utilizing macros and related applications.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to develop effective training materials and organize content.
- Support the end-to-end design and development process, providing regular status updates and leading quality reviews.
- Provide user support and training for Confluence and related enterprise-level LMS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing user support and training, with specific expertise in Confluence administration or design.
- Degree: BA, BBA, BS in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in building pages and macros in Confluence.
- Experience with enterprise-level LMS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Healthcare background is a plus.
