Responsibilities
- Classroom Management - Ensure the classroom is a safe and productive learning environment
- Follow teacher directed lesson plans and keep attendance records
- Aid students with schoolwork
- Support and enforce all school rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the building principal and administration
Requirements
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License or Substitute License registered for Region 5
- Demonstrate consistent work attendance and punctuality
- Maintain student and staff confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current and valid license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
- Licensed in Region 5
