About the role

At SEA LIFE Arizona, our Guest Experience Team is dedicated to creating unforgettable memories for visitors. As a Guest Experience Host, you'll lead guests through exciting ocean discoveries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Bring tons of enthusiasm and fun energy to every guest interaction
• Embrace a passion for education and the SEA LIFE brand
• Speak confidently and comfortably in front of large groups
• Manage queue lines safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Stand for extended periods while keeping a positive attitude

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
• Funny, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
