About the role

Based in Las Vegas, the Gucci Retail Training Manager for the West will focus on selling ceremony and behaviors training, executing and implementing learning strategies based on corporate directives. This role involves delivering instructor-led and eLearning training courses within the West market, performing assessments to identify training needs, and collaborating with regional leadership to develop comprehensive training solutions. The Retail Training Manager will also measure the success of training initiatives and their impact on brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support training strategies within the West market to improve KPIs and ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Execute training activities as directed by leadership, including facilitating monthly district training calls and contributing to content development.
  • Create training decks for morning briefings and activities.
  • Coach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback, and exemplifying the luxury service experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to measure the success of training initiatives and their value to brand objectives.
  • Plan and manage both small and large-scale training events with flawless follow-through and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a formalized training position within retail stores.
  • Additional experience in a client-facing retail role is desirable.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems).
  • Ability to manage and work within a travel budget.
  • Up to 30-40% travel required throughout the West market.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this role is $90,000 USD to $105,000 USD.

Full-time, regular position.
