GUCCI Operations Controller - Aspen
About the Role
As a Gucci Operations Controller, you will provide operational support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory. You will support management in day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues. You will contribute to delivering a unique experience for clients and turning their dreams into Gucci creations.
Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Assist the Store Director or Operations Manager in identifying and resolving operational process problems quickly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
- Submit all required tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Place orders for all office and store supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Execute and maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.
- Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.

Pay
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, the estimated base salary range for this role is $27.00 USD to $30.00 USD per hour. Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program, subject to program rules.
Schedule
Full-time role with varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the retail industry.
Start date: September 25, 2026.
