Responsibilities

• Conduct unarmed foot (interior and/or exterior) security checks
• Maintain control of access and egress
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Compose and maintain security reports
• Deter criminal activity and misconduct
• Log in all visitors to the facility
• Notify visitors by phone before they enter
• Maintain logs of all incoming and outgoing tractors and trailers, both on paper and electronically
• Inspect all outgoing passenger vehicles, both visitor and employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience in a security-related field preferred
