GTM Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for a specific product line or segment
• Develop coherent GTM strategies from inputs provided by cross-functional teams
• Navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives for effective product launches
• Create and maintain necessary materials and processes for field teams
• Elicit feedback from the field to improve product marketing efforts
• Analyze performance data to identify any launch hindrances and mitigate risks

Qualifications

• 6+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or sales operations, ideally in FinTech or SaaS
• Proven track record of owning go-to-market motions or product lines end-to-end
• Ability to transform vague directions into actionable solutions that appeal to stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, PMM, and Sales
• Strong skills in translating product and pricing strategies into practical execution
• Solid analytical instincts to leverage adoption data for decision-making
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities

Pay

$128,000 – $205,000 annually
