About the role

We are building the R&D tools for the AI era, focusing on infrastructure and product experiences that our customers rely on daily. As a hands-on generalist, you will bridge product, engineering, and go-to-market responsibilities, embedding with customers and internal teams to design, prototype, and deploy new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) and new product rollouts
• Partner with customers to design and deliver high-value POCs and new products
• Work closely with customer teams to ensure successful adoption and value delivery
• Turn customer feedback into clear product requirements
• Spot emerging product opportunities across deployments

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-ownership environment (e.g., startups, consulting, banking, or similar fast-moving roles)
• A builder's mindset: Thrive in ambiguity, iterate quickly, and love creating order out of
• Extreme ownership: See problems before they happen, take responsibility, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering proof of concepts and new products to enterprise customers

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
