About the role

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a new product’s market journey while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for a new AI product, including customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and customer journey design.
- Conduct customer discovery through conversations, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and adoption support to understand customer workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and usage patterns to improve activation, engagement, time-to-value, and long-term adoption.
- Build scalable GTM processes for qualification, demonstrations, onboarding, customer education, feedback collection, and ongoing customer success.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights and market learnings into product priorities and improvements.
- Design and execute strategic experiments across positioning, onboarding, education, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Use data and customer insights to measure outcomes, identify trends, and continuously optimize the customer experience.
- Create clear internal recommendations by synthesizing customer feedback, market signals, and operational learnings.
- Support the development of repeatable systems that enable efficient product growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze ambiguous challenges and develop practical solutions.
- High ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust, ask insightful questions, communicate clearly, and guide conversations toward outcomes.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to identify user needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Comfort working with data to evaluate experiments, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to transform complex information into clear recommendations.
- Ability to operate effectively across customer interactions, strategic analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its ability to improve real-world business workflows.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
- Experience in product strategy, consulting, customer success, product operations, growth, implementation, startups, or similar fields is valuable.
- Experience launching products, developing customer programs, or working in technology-driven environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and helping users adopt new technologies is an advantage.
