TALNT Team builds the teams that build high-growth companies. This is a contract engagement through TALNT Team on behalf of our client. The opportunity Our client is a global, high-growth tech company scaling its teams across regions. They need a hands-on recruiter to run end-to-end hiring, build proactive talent pools, and deliver a strong candidate experience across high-volume, high-impact roles, partnering with GTM and customer talent leadership and hiring managers across the business. This role is remote. Contract-to-hire is an option for candidates based in the Denver/Boulder area. What You'll Do Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and assessment centers and supporting offers Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles, sourcing proactively across multiple channels Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles, and advise them on running effective, inclusive interview processes Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with the client's employer brand Maintain the ATS and recruiting workflows, and report on time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback Support internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding initiatives, and improve recruiting processes and tools as hiring scales What you bring 2+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech companies Experience building and scaling teams across multiple regions Strong stakeholder management, comfortable moving between exec-level reporting and day-to-day hiring A track record in high-volume hiring without sacrificing quality Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels for finding talent globally Strong reporting and data skills: tracking, analyzing, and presenting hiring metrics Clear communication, proactive problem solving, and strong ownership of outcomes Pay and benefits Contract: $50-70 per hour.
