About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing at Parallel, running searches from intake through close. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what "great" looks like for each role. You'll drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill and senior roles, manage candidates through the pipeline without letting anyone go cold, and help sharpen the scorecards and playbooks the team runs on as headcount scales fast. You'll report on pipeline health and hiring velocity to the recruiting lead, and you'll be trusted to close high-conviction offers on your own.

Requirements

• Have run full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage or fast-growing company and know how to own searches end to end.
• Have worked sales and marketing roles and know how to flex your pitch and interview process for each.
• Write outbound that gets responses from people who aren't looking, and know how to close a candidate who has three other offers.
• Work well solo but are just as sharp coordinating with other recruiters on shared priorities.
• Move fast because slow hiring kills momentum at a company this stage.
