GTM Recruiter

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join its growing team in New York. This individual will own full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. market, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market (GTM), business development, and commercial roles in the U.S. market.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, and commercial roles in the U.S. market.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience.
• Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Pay

$100K–$130K.
