GTM Leader

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, ramp, and coach a high-velocity SMB sales team.
• Own the go-to-market motion end to end and design it for velocity.
• Carry a small book of business as a player-coach.
• Partner with GTM Engineering to automate and scale pipeline generation.
• Own funnel math and metrics and drive predictable outcomes.
• Plan hiring and capacity as the organization grows.

Requirements

• Proven track record building a high-velocity SMB sales motion.
• Experience hiring, ramping, and coaching sales teams.
• Strong quantitative and systems thinking.
• Recent hands-on selling experience with a player-coach mentality.
• Direct, low-ego, high-conviction leadership style.
• Energized by AI and automation as go-to-market tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City for onsite work.
