About the role

Learn how startups operate from 0 to 1 by supporting the go-to-market function at the next generational software company. This is a high-visibility internship where you’ll work closely with sales leadership on tasks that directly impact business performance. The role requires 2–3 days per week in-office (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) at our Beverly Hills office, with flexibility to adjust as needed. We’re looking for candidates who can start immediately and continue through the school year.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on real-world business development projects.
  • Assist with outreach, communication, and day-to-day coordination to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Help organize and streamline internal processes that support GTM and business development efforts.
  • Support business operations tasks, including contract creation, document management, and workflows for deal execution.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table, test new approaches, and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Boundless energy and enthusiasm for startups, with a drive to exceed ambitious goals.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated history of going above and beyond on projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; excellent handwriting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Team player mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative setting.

Schedule

20–35 hours per week, with 2–3 in-office days (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) at our Beverly Hills location. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule and can work fully in-person.
