Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a BI dashboard suite for real-time visibility into sales and marketing
- Own and maintain the GTM data dictionary as the source of truth
- Manage analytical processes for GTM forecasts and variance diagnosis
- Lead annual bookings planning and partner with Strategic Finance
- Develop pricing and GTM structure scenario models
- Track and analyze campaign performance against pipeline goals
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to ensure correct data modeling
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting company initiatives
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in GTM analytics, revenue operations, or business analytics in a B2B SaaS context
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms like Tableau, Omni, or Looker
- Understanding of Salesforce data models and relationships
- Experience collaborating with Finance on planning analytics
- Strong communication skills for translating data into actionable narratives
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
