GTM Fixed Term Recruiter

Who You’ll Work With
As a Fixed Term Recruiter, you will partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver top talent in critical business areas. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role with a focus on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing recruiting team that thrives on delivering results while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies for critical functions.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, job boards, and social platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide timely updates and communication to both candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Leverage market insights and talent data to inform recruiting strategies.
- Ensure all hiring activities align with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency environments.
- Proven success hiring in critical functions such as technical, commercial, operations, or leadership roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent search tools.
- Experience managing interview logistics and offer processes in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay
The targeted hourly rate for this role is $55 to $65 an hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
