Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously optimize automated outbound campaigns—multi-channel sequences, enrichment waterfalls, deliverability, and workflows that tie them all together.
- Find novel, compounding applications of AI to demand and lead generation, such as signal-based triggers, LLM-generated personalization at scale, automated account research synthesis, and intelligent ICP scoring.
- Own integrations between CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and internal systems. Write the code, build webhooks, and ensure data cleanliness.
- Run structured tests on messaging, channel mix, timing, and audience segmentation. Build measurement infrastructure and optimize based on results.
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM-adjacent role
- Coding ability: comfortable in Python or SQL, working with APIs, and building workflows that require actual engineering
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- A track record of building outbound systems that generated measurable pipeline, not just configured them
Qualifications
- Genuine curiosity about applying AI to GTM problems in novel ways
- Builder mindset: ships a v1 before finishing the kickoff deck
- Systems-minded: understands scalability, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
- Strong commercial acumen: understands ICPs and thinks clearly about why people open/click/buy
- Comfortable with ambiguity: figures things out and writes the manual yourself
