GTM Engineer

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging platform capabilities
• Design scalable solutions based on object-oriented programming principles
• Create integrations across Salesforce using Workato and Zapier
• Utilize Claude Code and other tools for prototyping and troubleshooting
• Connect systems via APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Collaborate with GTM teams to identify and resolve pain points in processes
• Test and monitor agents to ensure functionality and reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, or Revenue Operations Systems
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise with Flow, APIs, and automation
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience using Salesforce Agentforce for solution development
• Familiarity with automations using Workato and Zapier
• API integration experience with external business systems
• Knowledge of JSON, REST, and integration troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities

Pay

$170,000 – $180,000 annually
