GTM Engineer
About the role
We're hiring a GTM Engineer to drive our B2B pipeline. This is an execution role, not a systems-architecture role. You'll run a constant stream of experiments across outbound, ads, content, and outreach to find what brings in qualified behavioral health leads, then double down on what works. The job is to generate pipeline. You'll use whatever tools and tactics get there: cold email, paid ads, landing pages, lead lists, scrapers, AI, and anything else you can put your hands on.
Responsibilities
- Run a steady stream of lead-gen experiments across outbound, paid ads, content, and outreach
- Own the B2B pipeline number and the tactics that feed it
- Build and launch campaigns end-to-end: lists, copy, targeting, landing pages, follow-up
- Use AI tools to move faster across research, targeting, copywriting, and analysis
- Measure what's working, kill what isn't, and reinvest in the winners
- Find and reach the right behavioral health buyers wherever they are
Requirements
- High agency. You'd rather launch an experiment this week than spend a month planning one.
- Execution-first. You like getting campaigns live and reading results, not building complex internal systems.
- A few years of B2B lead generation under your belt: outbound, ads, content, or a mix of all three.
- Understand how to build go-to-market motions for healthcare and mid-market buyers (preferred).
- Fluent with Claude Code and AI coding tools, and default to using AI to do the work of a much bigger team (preferred).
- Resourceful in ambiguity. The playbook usually isn't written down, so you write it as you go.
- Hungry for ownership and motivated by a number you own.
Qualifications
- Nice to have:
- Able to code and maintain internal tools to make your experiments faster and more measurable.
- Experience selling into healthcare or behavioral health organizations.
Skills
- Lead generation
- Outbound marketing
- Paid advertising
- Content creation
- AI tools
Benefits
We care far more about your ability to get an experiment live this week and read the results than about how elegant the plumbing is. We move fast. We work hard. The bar is leads in the door, and you'll own the number.
Pay
We don't specify pay details, but we offer competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
Schedule
We don't specify the schedule, but we expect you to be available during typical business hours and to be flexible as needed.
Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Why this role

- Run real experiments with real budget and see your impact in days
- Get in early enough that the playbook you build becomes how we go to market
- Work on software that actually matters to patients and providers
