Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers Artemis's GTM motion, including CRM configuration, data pipelines, tool integrations, and internal tooling
- Design and ship AI-driven agents and automations that eliminate manual work across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Own the GTM data layer—connecting product usage, CRM, marketing tools, and external data sources into a clean, queryable system that drives real decisions
- Build enrichment, scoring, and prioritization systems that surface the right accounts and the right signals to the right people at the right time
- Partner with sales to automate outbound workflows, personalization at scale, and pipeline hygiene
- Partner with marketing on attribution, campaign automation, and lead routing infrastructure
- Partner with customer success on health scoring, churn signals, and expansion triggers
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage the GTM tool stack, from CRM and sales engagement to enrichment, intent data, and revenue intelligence
- Build internal tools and dashboards that give the GTM team visibility into what's working and what's not
- Move fast and ship daily, iterate constantly, and treat the GTM system itself as a product
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a role that blends technical work with GTM, revenue operations, or growth, including titles such as GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Growth, Sales Engineer, or Marketing Engineer
- Strong technical fluency, including comfort with AI coding tools, no-code automation, and modern GTM tooling
- Systems thinker with the ability to map data across complex deal cycles and the modern GTM stack
- Fluency with AI-driven workflows, including AI coding tools, prompting, and using AI as a force multiplier, not a demo
