Key Responsibilities
- Arcitect and build GTM systems and workflows in HubSpot and across the stack — intent signaling, lead routing, scheduling, speed-to-lead

- Build nurture and follow-up automation across the funnel
- Build skills and a knowledge bank using Claude
- Run day-to-day data enrichment, lead scoring, and data hygiene

- Audit and consolidate the GTM tool stack to remove sprawl, and support the team with workflows and data-integrity SLAs

- ~2-4 years of hands-on GTM engineering / RevOps / marketing- or sales-ops building experience
- Based in the Chicago metro (this is a hybrid, in-office-first role)
- Nice to have HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise depth (admin/architect level), SQL / Python / APIs; Clay or other enrichment tooling, Intent platforms (Warmly, 6sense, Common Room) and built AI agents / Claude workflows, Owned an attribution model and dashboards, or consolidated a bloated tool stack
