Role Overview

Crux is a private capital markets technology company that serves as a capital platform for the clean economy, modernizing how capital is raised and deployed for clean energy and critical infrastructure projects in the United States. Crux focuses on energy infrastructure and project finance, with core expertise in capital markets, clean energy project finance, transferable tax credits, debt capital, and tax and preferred equity investments, as well as advisory services.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, and custom API integrations to streamline internal operations and eliminate manual processes.
• Build and deploy AI/ML-powered solutions to optimize cross-functional business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the entire commercial engine.
• Create custom webhooks and data connectors between HubSpot, Omni, and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate revenue attribution.

Who This Is a Fit For

• Proven experience as a full-stack growth technologist with deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and complex data transformations across the MarTech stack.
• Strong technical background in leveraging AI and automation platforms to optimize business outcomes like lead scoring, content optimization, or sales efficiency.
