Responsibilities
- Business reporting
- Purchase order management
- Shipment/logistics coordination
- Vendor communication
- Inventory tracking
- SharePoint maintenance
- Meeting/event coordination
- Cross-functional support with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of Business, Marketing, Operations, or Project Coordination experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint
- Experience with Purchase Orders (POs), reporting, logistics, inventory, and vendor management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- SharePoint experience preferred
- SAP and/or Circana (NPD) experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
