GTM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Business reporting
• Purchase order management
• Shipment/logistics coordination
• Vendor communication
• Inventory tracking
• SharePoint maintenance
• Meeting/event coordination
• Cross-functional support with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business, Marketing, Operations, or Project Coordination experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint
• Experience with Purchase Orders (POs), reporting, logistics, inventory, and vendor management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• SharePoint experience preferred
• SAP and/or Circana (NPD) experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
