GTM and Partner Strategy Leader - Connected Vehicle Experience, Industry Specialists and Solutions (ISS); AWS Automotive & Manufacturing

Responsibilities
Develop and regularly update the CVX Go-To-Market and Partner Strategy, reporting business results and key metrics to senior leadership.
Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships (ISVs, SIs, technology providers) that accelerate CVX solution adoption and customer value delivery.
Define and execute partner co-sell motions, joint solution development, and partner enablement programs to drive year-over-year growth for the CVX domain.
Influence CVX-related product roadmaps and the solution portfolio in collaboration with partners to keep AWS at the forefront of delivering connected vehicle solutions that cater to evolving industry needs.
Publish the business validation/ROI framework for CVX partner solutions to drive executive engagement addressing specific business needs and desired outcomes.
Represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and partner summits, sharing expertise and insights to position AWS as the leading provider of innovative connected vehicle technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
Deep understanding of Automotive Customer Experience from Pre-sales, Sales, Delivery, and Service technologies, trends, and customer challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience with connected vehicle platforms, IoT, Contact Centers, Dealer Management, Digital Commerce, Service Management, and other business solutions
Experience working with global or regional Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 Suppliers, Dealerships, Automotive Sales, ISVs, SI companies
