GTM AI Engineer -Deal Desk

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a GTM AI Engineer - Deal Desk to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on applying AI to streamline deal desk operations and improve how sales teams work across the quote-to-contract process. You will help build internal tools that increase efficiency, strengthen compliance, and create a better user experience for non-technical stakeholders. The position partners closely with GTM, Sales, and operations teams to bring practical AI solutions into production and support ongoing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate Deal Desk bottlenecks using AI solutions
• Design validation and compliance measures for AI agents
• Lead the full development lifecycle of internal AI tools for GTM and Sales
• Ensure AI applications follow UX best practices for non-technical users
• Manage production costs while testing different LLM models
• Document and maintain launched AI solutions
• Train end-users on new tools and features

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience with CPQ and CLM platforms
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals
• Familiarity with API usage and limitations
• Basic knowledge of scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python
• Experience using foundational AI models and APIs
• Knowledge of agentic landscapes and Salesforce-native platforms preferred

Pay

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
