GSOC Watch Commander - Grave Shift

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily GSOC operations, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to security incidents.
• Leadership of a team of security analysts in intelligence gathering, analysis, and dissemination to support proactive decision-making.
• Development and implementation of emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into business operations and strategic planning.
• Maintenance of cutting-edge technology and systems to support security operations and intelligence analysis.
• Conducting regular training and exercises to prepare staff for emergency situations.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GSOC team.
• Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a GSOC environment, including multiple years in a GSOC Lead or Manager role.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with access control platforms, video management systems, and incident management software.
• Prioritized experience in managing complex projects involving people, processes, and technology.
• Proficiency with the latest GSOC tools and technologies.
