GSOC Operator

Our GSOC Operators play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of designated principals and their properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties.
• Monitor multiple security systems for various properties including alarms and cameras, and identify and properly act on security risks.
• Control access to properties and maintain security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors.
• Execute existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete security incident reports and plan/route risk assessment projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using and maintaining all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (e.g., CCTV, computers and communications devices, MS Office, etc.).
• Frequent sitting and/or standing.

Requirements

• GSOC-related security experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently.
• A good understanding of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps.
• A Florida D license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, alarm monitoring platforms, and multi-screen operating environments.

Skills and Experience

• Required: GSOC-related security experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive problem-solving skills, understanding of latest security technology, Florida D license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, alarm monitoring platforms, and multi-screen operating environments.
• Desired: Demonstrable experience with the GENETEC software platform, data analysis, prior GSOC experience, information security.
