GSOC Analyst - Swing Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor worldwide events; identify events with the potential to impact the Client's personnel, assets, and operations.
  • Draft and review concise notifications for distribution to the Client's decision-makers and global security leaders.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of other global security professionals in support of the GSOC's 24/7/365 operations.
  • Facilitate the Client's crisis management response; coordinate incident escalations and emergency communications to site, regional, and enterprise-level global security leadership.
  • Track, monitor, and mitigate any potential risks to executive and company C-suit leadership during travel.
  • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings to global security executives and higher.
  • Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) to identify lessons learned and best practices.
  • Work with the Client's Global Security team and vendors.
  • Ability to collaborate with Global Security's Protective Services and Systems & Technology team.
  • Ability to exhibit diplomacy, professionalism, and calm under pressure during critical incidents.
  • Able to multi-task and track multiple occurring events.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, security studies, political science) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in corporate security, governmental security, or an equivalent role is required.
  • Familiarity with global risk intelligence tools and incident response protocols is essential.
  • Experience with emergency mass notification and travel risk management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze open-source information critically and to conduct thorough incident assessments.
  • Proficiency in professional communication, both verbal and written, to effectively disseminate information.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, reflecting professionalism and composure under pressure.
