Our GSOC Analysts play a crucial role in shaping global security and guiding clients through complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a vigilant watch over global events from various sources, analyze data, and disseminate relevant information to the right parties.
  • Respond to inbound calls from employees and security personnel, providing customer service-focused responses.
  • Monitor and respond to advisories that could impact business travelers, escalating issues to the security team as necessary.
  • Write detailed security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management.
  • Conduct situational awareness on social media platforms using designated online tools.
  • Make informed decisions based on credible, likely, and meaningful information, collecting and disseminating information as needed.
  • Contribute to procedures and processes to improve risk management practices.
  • Work closely with different security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Process and maintain a wide variety of files, logs, reports, and forms.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor incident notifications and develop analysis, data gathering, and investigation plans when needed.
  • Respond to events (developing situations, tradeshows, security events, incidents, disasters, and other crises) through open-source collection and coordination with local assets.
  • Provide customer service-focused responses to inbound calls from employees and security personnel.
  • Monitor advisories that could impact business travelers and escalate to the security team.
  • Write security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management.
  • Conduct situational awareness on social media platforms using designated online tools.
  • Make intelligent decisions and take actions based on credibility, likelihood, and meaningful information.
  • Collect, evaluate, and disseminate information as needed, including supporting research for intelligence and situation awareness briefings.
  • Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management.
  • Work closely with different security teams.
  • Process and maintain a wide variety of files, logs, reports, and forms.

Required and Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent military experience.
  • An interest or direct experience in executive protection, intelligence, operations, critical incident management, corporate security, crisis management, or emergency response.
  • Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other similar tools.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • A demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.
  • Able to work 8 to 12-hour shifts both days and nights.
  • Experience using OSINT tools such as Everbridge, Liferaft, Factal, ISOS, etc.
  • Experience working with various CCTV/Alarm platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Able to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.
  • Able to work 8 to 12-hour shifts both days and nights.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice.
  • Frequent sitting and/or standing.
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Regular computer usage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and drug tests if required.

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
