GSOC Analyst

Our SOC Analysts play a crucial role in ensuring security and informing operations.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of video surveillance systems, intrusion alarms, and access control events
• Coordinating with on-site security teams for timely and effective incident response
• Assisting in tracking global events and identifying potential impacts to personnel or assets
• Quickly analyzing incoming information, escalating incidents as necessary, and drafting clear communications
• Maintaining a secure and informed environment across all operational sites
• Performing proactive threat intelligence gathering and response
• Contributing to procedures and processes to enhance risk management
• Providing emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, event dispatch, and emergency notifications
• Processing and maintaining various files, logs, reports, and forms
• Managing badge requests, printing, deactivating, adding, and removing access levels
• Being cross-trained in all Analyst services

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent military experience)
• Experience or interest in Intelligence, Security Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, or Emergency Management
• Proficiency in current technologies and open-source search methodologies
• Competent use of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Manual dexterity for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment
• Ability to attend training events and mandatory meetings outside normal work hours
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts both days and nights
