Growth Technology Associate

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay rate: $62.00 - $65/hour (DOE)

Duration: 6+ months (possibility of extension)

Work is expected to be done on a hybrid onsite schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quantitative field
• Proficient in SQL
• Experienced in activating audiences, campaign link setup and conversions in paid marketing platforms (e.g. Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook)
• Familiar with mobile measurement platforms (Branch.io, Kochava) for mobile campaign analysis
• Experience with building audiences & conversions via SQL for marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of audience & conversion APIs and conversion optimization on Mobile DSP’s
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong ownership with well-developed problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Server-Side Tagging via Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on, high-capacity doer, multi-tasker
• Experience with full-funnel marketing KPIs, campaign executions, optimizations, and sharing results and learnings with stakeholders
