Growth Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the HSA Bank Growth team, acting as a point of reference.
• Efficiently respond to requests for event coordination, employer and broker change processing, and research inquiries.
• Work within multiple systems to complete requests, route materials for review/approval, and create standard proposals.
• Take on ad‑hoc assignments as needed.
• Manage the support team inbox and handle internal team requests according to defined procedures.
• Support special ad‑hoc projects for the HSA Bank growth team.
• Arrange collateral and materials for brokers/employer groups.
• Coordinate regional tradeshows and events for the HSA Bank growth team.
• Handle payments and collaborate with the legal team for vendor contracting.
• Assist the Growth Enablement team with content management.
• Create standard RFPs.
• Assist with training new team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience providing support to a remote sales team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet agreed response times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently with a high level of professionalism.
• Marketing or sales background is a plus.

Work Authorization

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.

Pay

Base pay range: $58,125.00 USD – $97,500.00 USD annually (for hourly positions the range is based on a 40‑hour work week). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
