Growth Strategy Principal

For our client, we are seeking a Growth Strategy Principal to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive high-priority strategy initiatives that shape growth, decision-making, and execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting or corporate strategy background and will partner closely with business leaders to turn complex questions into clear recommendations. This position will also support cross-functional alignment through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and high-quality communications.
