Growth Strategy Analyst, GTM Data

About the role

Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs are available in select states. Professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independent practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals with substance use disorders or eating disorders.
• Conduct symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
• Participate in cohort-specific outcomes analysis.
• Analyze higher level of care (HLOC) readmission data.

Requirements

Applicants must have a relevant degree and/or certification in mental health, psychology, or a related field. Experience in providing virtual therapy and working with individuals with substance use disorders or eating disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
