Requirements
- A growth marketing superstar with 5+ years of proven experience in digital, performance marketing & product growth (experience in D2C or B2B Saas is a major plus), specifically in the following areas: Paid Search and Paid Social, AEO/AI Search, Marketing Strategy, 2+ years experience managing a team
- Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's/account business growth
- Lead omni-channel marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on both paid and organic performance, across a portfolio of medium to large enterprise clients spanning multiple industries
- Proactively dig into client's data to identify opportunities for testing and optimization across acquisition and retention channels
- Execute project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external team members to achieve overall client KPIs/ objectives
- Present strategies and performance updates directly to client stakeholders, including marketing directors, VPs, and C-suite contacts
- Collaborate with internal content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging AEO best practices, bringing new thinking proactively to clients and internal teams

NoGood is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. NoGood complies with federal, state, and local laws on compensation, pay transparency, and pay equity. We take factors including geographic location, education, training, skillset, market rates, certifications, and more into consideration when constructing pay ranges for new and existing roles within our organization. The compensation range for this position is $90,000-$110,000.
