Growth Solutions Engineer
About the role
A Sales Engineer acts as the technical bridge between customers, coordinators, and internal engineering teams. The role translates mission needs into technical solutions, guides capture efforts, and ensures proposed architectures align with DoD requirements, security standards, and operational readiness. This role will also be actively engaged in forward facing events and meetings to identify mission needs, collaborate with solutions architect teams, and shape the right technical solutions.

- Developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role supporting DoD or IC customers
- 3+ years of experience working with complex technical solutions, COTS products, or phased prototyping in the DoD or IC space
- Experience successfully creating and driving engagement-based approaches to acquisition, including driving whitespace growth and cross-selling capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets
- Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and growing customer adoption through enterprise agreements or consumption-based offerings
- Experience engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss company capabilities and services on several large-scale projects

Skills
- Experience working with DoD acquisition centers and Key Client Mission Stakeholders
- Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Experience establishing relationships in the government and industry communities
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition FAR, DFARS, PWS, and SOW interpretation and compliance matrices
- TSCI clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
