About the role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will lead customer adoption of the Komodor platform by linking business initiatives to technical solutions, supporting sales, and expanding existing accounts. You will work with Sales, CX, and leadership, and represent Komodor at CNCF events.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively support sales opportunities and grow customer adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with DevOps, SREs, Platform Engineers, and executives.
- Translate complex Kubernetes problems into clear solutions and outcomes.
- Represent Komodor in the CNCF community and industry events.
- Continuously feed insights back to Product and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with enterprise sales and customer experience teams.
- Fluent in Containers, Kubernetes, and Helm (++ for programming languages).
- Knowledge of modern SDLC tooling (FluxCD, ArgoCD) and GitOps processes.
- Familiarity selling infrastructure SaaS products to developer/SRE/DevOps personas.
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled in building champions and managing complex sales processes.
- Strong time management, quick learning, and high EQ.
- Passionate about career growth in a growing market.
- Impeccable communication skills; willingness to travel.
