Growth Sales Executive
About the role
ProLegal Growth helps law firms build brands that reflect the quality of their work and position them for long-term growth. We partner with firm owners and managing partners on significant branding and growth engagements spanning brand strategy, positioning, website development, and marketing. You will be the first dedicated sales hire for this offering. This role is for someone who has already originated and closed sophisticated six-figure professional services engagements and is comfortable leading conversations with founders, owners, and managing partners.
This is a new-business sales role. You own the sales process for ProLegal Growth from first opportunity through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. You build your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound leads. You sell a strategic, high-value service, not a marketing package or a monthly retainer, and you are measured on new business generated. You report directly to our Founder and CEO, which means fast decisions on pricing, scope, and proposals. You will not sell alone. Our strategy and creative team builds tailored proposals and presentations for qualified opportunities and joins pitches when it helps close. Once an engagement is signed, our delivery team owns execution so you stay focused on new business.
Open to U.S.-based candidates, remote or from our Glendale, California office. Travel is required for client meetings, pitches, and industry events. Remote employees also travel regularly to our Glendale headquarters.
