About the Opportunity:The GROWTH RECRUITING COORDINATOR role supports scaling hiring efforts within the Human Data team by managing full-cycle recruiting processes. This position ensures efficient candidate communication, process coordination, and pipeline accuracy, contributing directly to the organization's ability to grow by attracting and retaining top talent. Responsibilities:Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to advance priority searches.Manage candidate communications at key process stages.Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups.Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS for accurate tracking.Monitor and route candidate and stakeholder inquiries.Identify process improvements and maintain recruiting documentation. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting support in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal partners.Familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced setting.Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.Based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto, CA, or work remotely from specified countries. Pay Range and Compensation Package:US-based candidates: $32/hour - $52/hour USD depending on experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.International candidate compensation details provided during recruitment.
