About the role
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and account management for Acorns’ Earn (marketplace) partners, serving as a key point of contact
- Work cross-functionally to launch new Earn partners and update existing partner offers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process
- Support Growth partnerships by collaborating with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to launch new partners on time and on brand
- Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships
- Help maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role, ideally at a consumer or fintech company
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and cross-functional workstreams at once
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams such as Creative, Legal, and Compliance
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems and keeping partner launches moving

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $77,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include equity grants, discretionary cash bonuses, and a full range of medical and financial benefits.
