Growth Partner & GTM Engineer
About the role
CFP Growth Partners develops and deploys custom growth plans and infrastructure for the businesses we partner with. That includes software, websites, applications, integrations, automations, AI workflows, and operating systems built around each business's goals. Our existing tools, methodologies, processes, and infrastructure support research, analysis, planning, production, and implementation. You'll use that foundation to understand each partner's business, decide what matters, and build a plan the team can deliver. Official hiring is planned in 2–4 months. We're holding introductory conversations over the coming months as the teams come together. This is an invitation to register interest ahead of hiring.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery and sales conversations to understand the business, its customers, and its growth constraints.
- Identifying opportunities and setting priorities with the team and client.
- Developing offers, positioning, messaging, content, campaigns, funnels, and conversion improvements.
- Working with delivery and engineering to put the plan and supporting systems into practice.
- Interpreting results and adapting the plan as the business grows.
Requirements
Bring commercial judgment, analytical ability, practical marketing experience, and established strengths you can apply across different businesses. You should communicate clearly, work well in a small team, and follow through from an idea to its implementation. The role spans disciplines. Tell us where you are strongest, what you've delivered, and where you want to develop further.
How we'll work
David Singer will work alongside the teams across strategy, implementation, and results. We'll train you in our diagnostic approach, planning methods, internal tools, and execution systems, including how to apply them across industries and business models. The preliminary team structure is one Growth Partner & GTM Engineer, one Delivery & Client Operations Lead, and one to three Full-Stack & Systems Engineers. Everyone communicates with clients and contributes to implementation. This is a remote contract opportunity for people based in the United States.
