Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift.
• You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift, whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.

Qualifications

• Must reside near store location

Schedule

This is a part-time, hourly position. This position is 4 days per week and some weekends. You choose days or nights! Day shifts start at 9am and end between 4-7pm. Night shifts start between 3pm - 7pm and end an hour after close, around 1am.
