About the Role

We are looking for future managers! As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the second in command of a million-dollar business, with the opportunity to grow into the top role. This is a part-time, hourly position.

You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible, gaining work experience you'll use for a long time to come. You've had our pizza delivered to you, now help us be the best in pizza delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift
• Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift — whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example, because your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Schedule

This position is 4 days per week and some weekends. You pick your shifts!

You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location. Haven't managed people before? Great, we will show you how to lead. Haven't made pizzas before? Great, we'll teach you how to make an awesome pizza.
